I suppose if anyone still cares about that a hundred years later...

I just go hold of a copy the book - The Judge Case; which was reviewed by
Katinka. The well bound book is heavy with nearly 1,000 pages of letter
with tight printing. I am impressed with the amount of research that has
gone into, not to speak of the time that took to put the book together and
the author Ernest E Pelletier should be congratulated. Anyone who is
interested in Judge case would benefit from reading the book.

I would like to see the book made available on Kindle as well as in
electronic form at a lower price which would make it available to readers
around the world, especially in third world countries.

The book can be ordered from Edmonton Theosophical Society, Box 4587,
Edmonton, AB Canada T6E 5G4 for US$76.00 plus $10.00 shipping.
