Dear Anand,

Probably the reason why there was no response, is because you answered 
your own question.  To put it another way, Radha's family has held 
control over the TS for 65 years now.  Over the years, that family has 
taken steps to assure that they maintain control of the TS into the 
foreseeable future. 

Under the present circumstances, meaningful change in the TS might occur 
around the time that Hell freezes over.   Yet, paradigm shifts have been 
known to happen. If such a shift were to happen, it is not likely that 
it would move the TS toward a direction you would like.
