It seems that there is very active Buddhist group in Berlin, so that
dr. Aleksander Berzin, who was Dalailama's interpreter and secretary
for nine years, moved there and is arranging the Buddhist Archives.
I found especially interesting the article "Mistaken Foreign Beliefs
