Aldrin's statement

What I was meaning with Aldrin is right.
Frank,
I shall declare more in detail.
Aldrin said, after the question if he can prove his walking 
over the surface of the moon:I citate:   I am a honest person;
'If you use not to believe me, just forget it.

If you cannot understand his statement, I do. so my meaning is 
he is right.
