  Side note: when I went to the Theosophical Archive to read the original 
post I found that there is no "word wrap" on the text and the line length is 
twice the width of my screen display making it extremely inconvenient to try to 
read it.

  I can see his side of wishing permissions first, there is an express notice 
on his site that nothing may be used with permission. But, if it is damn 
important he could just do as other website do and by use of software instruction 
make it impossible to "copy & paste" anything on his webpage. Perhaps the 
superego needs this flaw to give it opportunity to express outrage.
