The Egyptian had chariots drawn by horses. I don't
remember seeing stone work or other depiction's of horses used in building.
And I am not sure whether all the dynasties had horses, at least those
in Pyramid construction. But if they had adequate amounts of horses so that
they were not treasured it is probable they used them at least in some of
stages of construction.
The problem is that we have no real evidence of it. It would certainly have
made sense for them to do so.
