Highbloodpressure have nothing to do with vegetarian diet.
Cholesterol the same.
They come from animalfats and eggfats in the body.
Possibly it is a hyperfunction in the hormonsystem, easy to do a VMA =
(Vanillyl Mandelic Acid)search for that.
