Steve could these traits, at the moment maybe be simple part of 
their psychological (propaganda) war fare, or would there really 
still be fully functional al-Qaeda groups working in the US ?

The Taliban is claiming that the organization will reoccupy 
Afghanistan in one month's time, the Times of India is reporting. 
Taliban Defense Minister Mullah Abdul Razaq said, "We will soon carry 
out our operations and the whole world will see it."

Somehow reminds me a bit of the treats Sadam Hussein was making 
during the gulf war.

According to the Times, Walker (the american Taliban) revealed under 
questioning that "phase two" of Al Qaeda's war against America will 
happen at the end of the Muslim holy month of Ramadan, which occurs 
wich is today. 

I verry much doubt a big thing will happen in the US.

I think maybe the UK ultimatly could be more vulnerable, expecially 
in London the percentage of the population that is Pakistani or 
Middle Eastern looking is much larger then in the US so they can 
blend in much easier.

Ramadan has now ended , and the important festival that now started 
and takes betwwen 3 and 10 days, has not brought any attacks that is 
for shure.
