If others can get out of Afghanistan why not OBL ?

ADDIS ABABA (Reuters) - A Somalia militia leader urged the United 
States on Wednesday to act against followers of Osama bin Laden who 
he said were fleeing to the shattered African nation. 

"The al Itihad and the al Qaeda terrorists who escaped from 
Afghanistan are already trickling back into Somalia," he told a news 
conference during on a visit to the Ethiopian capital. 

"These groups have unlimited funds which they receive from Islamic 
non-governmental organizations and Arab states which they are using 
to woo poverty-stricken Somalis to their side."
