Dal: "I recall a lively Philippine
dance in which the nimble feet of the dancers are constantly
threatened by the moving bamboo laths used on the dance floor to mark
the rhythms -- as they are swept together and apart in a pattern that
demands intense concentration and years of practice. Any failure
results in a painful whack of the ankles."
Did you ever try it ?
I did, severral times, for an audience, and it is not difficult atole
IF you are in tune with the rythm and the music, plus your partner
becouse as Dallas might recall it is being done by holding hands with
another person vis a vis from you. The problem is if you are to much
in your head, and come from "the Mental", then you'l indeed need
years of practice, in fact you might never learn it atole.
