Hi Bee, Your mentioning the idea of starting a new incarnation in the same constellation rang a bell with me regarding something I read in an Alice Bailey book. I realize some people wouldn't classify notions found there as Theosophical, but I do think it might be of interest here. Theosophy IMHO has got a lot to do with finding the common ground of ageless wisdom throughout available teachings. "The birth month indicates the day of opportunity. The door stands open. The particular month in which a soul comes into incarnation is indicated to that soul by the month in which it passed out of incarnation in a previous life cycle. If it, for instance, died in the month governed by the sign Leo, it will return into incarnation in the same sign, picking up the thread of experience where it left it, and starting with the same type of energy and the peculiar equipment with which it passed away from earth life, plus the gain of thought and conscious onlooking. The quality of the energy and the nature of the forces to be manipulated during life are indicated to the soul in this way." It seems reasonable to me but that isn't always a reliable guide. Many thanks Bee " All the creatures that are being born into the third dimensional world every moment throughout all eternity ended their previous incarnation under the same constellation as the one which existed at the moment of their birth in this incarnation. The death constellation in one incarnation and the birth constellation in the next are always absolutely identical. On the other hand, the birth constellation and the death constellation for any given incarnation are never identical, because the individual living creature concerned is changed through the experience it has." "This is why some people are reincarnated again after only a very short time while others may even have to wait thousands of years until the stellar constellations match those they carry in their souls."
